Stacie has been practicing commercial real estate law for over 20 years. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Stacie practiced with two major law firms in two states. Stacie’s real estate practice focuses on the acquisition, finance, development, and sale of improved and unimproved real property for medical, commercial, retail, industrial and residential purposes. In addition, Stacie specializes in representing both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of ground lease development and in office, commercial, retail, and industrial space leases. Her varied real estate experience also includes representing local municipalities in connection with real estate-related transactions. Finally, Stacie has experience representing lenders and borrowers in many types of financing transactions, including complex, multi-state financing arrangements and securitized loan pools.
