Paul is a transactional real estate attorney with extensive experience in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and development. He practiced law for six years in the San Francisco area at both an international law firm and a prestigious real estate boutique. Paul then spent eight years with Davis, Graham & Stubbs in Denver before joining the firm in 2014. He currently represents a variety of land owners and developers in Colorado, including homebuilders in the Colorado single family home industry. In addition, Paul represents a variety of landlords and tenants in both the Denver office and the national retail markets.
Paul is the current author of the Leasing chapter of the Colorado Real Estate Practice Guide produced annually by the Colorado Bar Association and teaches other Colorado attorneys about the topic.
